Skills and Qualifications
- A four year degree in Electrical Engineering or Controls Engineering and at least four years of relevant experience.
- Motion controls experience.
- Factory Talk Site Edition experience.
- RSView32 GUI eperience.
- HMI screen development experience.
- Allen-Bradley PLC programming experience.
- Ability to travel within the United States.
- Siemens PLC programming experience.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of:
- Electric motors up to 75 hp, starters, and drives
- Various pumps including liquid ring
- Pneumatic systems including compressors, dryers, regulators, solenoids and valve actuators
- Electrical controls including Allen Bradley PLC's, pressure and temperature transmitters, other various sensors, gas detection systems
- Steam systems including high pressure steam boilers, associated controls, traps, feed water treatment
- Fluid chillers and associated controls, pumps, piping
- Monitor material inventory and report needs in a timely manner
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and make necessary repairs according to findings
- Monitor equipment trends and identify problem areas
- Develop corrective actions for problem areas and implement
- Work off schedule hours and overtime when equipment and scheduling requires
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in industrial maintenance (or) 3 years experience in at least 2 other trades
- Must have some electrical experience and an ability to work around high voltage safely
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and stay organized
- Candidates must live within 30 miles of Jackson, MO or be willing to relocate within 120 days of hire

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of:
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
- Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Communicates parts and materials needed for assigned projects in a timely manner
- Works effectively with little supervision
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
- Knowledge of general carpentry, basic electricity, and plumping required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related experience required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces

Job Overview:
Evaluates production processes and performance in manufacturing. Develops engineering to improve the quality of existing production processes or develops new processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operations compliance with the quality system and regulatory standards.
- Reviews, trends and analyzes process quality issues and areas of opportunities.
- Supports all implementation of in-process CAPA and Quality plans.
- Reviews and sustains customer process flow procedures and work instructions to assure all are up to date with current practices and compliant with ISO, FDA and JPAL.
- Responsible for sustaining and/or identifying Quality Assurance KPI's.
- Supports customer validations, including assisting with protocol preparation, cycle development and coordinating and supervising the validation and completion of the validation documentation package.
- Supports yearly Chamber, Preconditioning Room and Aeration Room Validations.
- Reviews process documentation and is able to offer on-the-spot training.
- Performs special projects and assignments as delegated by the General Manager.
- Supports special projects as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Skills and Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years' experience in position or equivalent.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff, strong decision making and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment; must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to multitask. Ability to work as a team player is essential. Organized, problem solver, good leader, trainer.
- Must be able and willing to rotate to any shift. MSC operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Work schedule may include but is not limited to weekdays and/or weekends.

Job Description:
We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, installations, landscaping, etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the building and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities:
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
Skills
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
