You will design, build, and maintain data-driven applications for internal use.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintain new and exiting software in different development environments.
- Be a part of a software development team to plan, design, build, test, deploy, validate, and maintain in-house applications.
- Work with SQL databases.
- Handle help desk tickets.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Troubleshoot general IT issues.
Requirements:
- SQL: 5 years
- VBA: 5 years
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree related to computer science or software development.
- Minimum of five years' experience.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience with some or all of the following we development languages and frameworks: JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Express.JS, and PHP.
- Experience with the following Windows application development languages: VB and C#.
- Experience with SQL database.

Responsibilities:
- Creating custom Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Systems
- Creating the platform to control various automation systems, equipment, and machines
- Working with a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance employees

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations. The Operations Manager role is primarily to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality, and implement best practices across all levels. The Operations Manager is expected to help MSC remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.
Responsibilities:
- Operations compliance with the system and with statuary regulations of federal, state and local government agencies.
- Serves as Quality Management Representative and is responsible to assure the quality system is maintained and its effectiveness is continually improved.
- Ensures the completion of the annual internal audit, regulatory compliance and safety audit.
- Participates in senior management meetings at least annually to review trend analysis, quality issues, management objectives and personnel issues and requirements.
- Participates in semi-annual preventive and corrective action meetings to review trends and assure these corrective and preventive actions are being applied.
- Ensures that all sterilizer operators are trained, and the periodic training review is maintained and properly documented.
- Oversees strict adherence to client processing instructions and for assuring quality assurance audits and verifications are completed as prescribed by the MSC Operations manual.
- Directs EO monitoring.
- Oversees employee adherence to the MSC Safety Program.
- Oversees equipment calibrations, qualifications and related documentation.
- Responsible for MSC portion of customer validations, including assisting with protocol preparation coordinating and supervising the validation and completion of the validation documentation package.
- Interface with customers for clarification of validation protocols and other special testing instructions.
- Directs product scheduling.
- Responsible for cycle maintenance, change control, and security of Antares control system.
- Assist when lead operators require instructions for unusual situations during a sterilization cycle.
- Reviews process documentation while in process to offer on-the-spot training and assure consistency of quality.
- Perform special projects and assignments as delegates by the president.
- Oversees performance by maintenance staff of all preventative maintenance routines and documentation.
- Oversees purchasing activities for maintenance.
- Maintains the corrective and preventive action logs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering, manufacturing, business or industrial
- MBA a plus
- 5-10 years of related experience

Pay:
$80,000 - $90,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Prepares paperwork for shipment of test samples (B.I. and product) to labs and/or manufacturer.
- Audits B.I. samples and prepares them, as well as other product, for shipment via UPS and Federal Express.
- Enters actual sterilization load process data into computerized audit review program.
- Preparers bill of lading, as well as packing list when necessary, with quantities, lot numbers, retort numbers, etc. on outbound shipments. Notifies operations that product is ready to ship and provides outbound shipping documentation. Monitors routine maintenance check-off and maintains routine maintenance records. Provides maintenance status report to management.
- Responsible for preparing, checking and filing DHR records.
- Reviews sterilization documentation to verify sterilization records to verify all process parameters were achieved. Reports any non-conformances to management.
- Coordinates shipments of product under the direction of the client.
- Enters inbound/outbound product information to inventory control.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Level: High school diploma or GED, Associates degree
- Experience: 1 years' experience or Associates Degree, proven experience as data entry, office clerk, or other clerical position
- Specific Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of office devices and processes, fast typist, excellent communication skills, very good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Personal Characteristics: Trustworthy, reliable, honest, detail oriented
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Able to lift 15-20 lbs
Schedule:
- 3-4 days per week
- Hours: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6PM - 6 AM
- Rotate schedule every 4 months

Job Description:
We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, installations, landscaping, etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the building and common areas in the best possible condition.
Responsibilities:
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.)
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
Skills
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
